sehr schöne kette

ich finde die kette, besonders den Anhänger, außergewöhnlich, mal was anderes. mir gefällt der Anhänger, weil er keine Öse hat- einfach nur dieses loch. und natürlich die Botschaft zum auswählen. die verlängerungskette könnte für mich die gleich stärke (aussehen) wie die richtige kette haben, würde mir besser gefallen. aber trotzdem ein tolle alltagstaugliche kette.

Ordered 3 bangles for myself and girlfriends, beautiful!!! One is just to be changed to a different colour: As described on the website, I emailed asking for a DHL label to return. No reply. Sent another mail, no answer. Called, left a message, left a number: no answer. Also in the mail was no DHL label. And now?? The newly ordered bracelets for my girlfriend arrived in no time, but what about the other, more uncomfortable issues? The return package is still waiting to be sent...
Too bad, I would like to order more often because I love the stuff. I'm just worried when it's so complicated (or not at all) in the contact, if you have to exchange something....
