Ordered 3 bangles for myself and girlfriends, beautiful!!! One is just to be changed to a different colour: As described on the website, I emailed asking for a DHL label to return. No reply. Sent another mail, no answer. Called, left a message, left a number: no answer. Also in the mail was no DHL label. And now?? The newly ordered bracelets for my girlfriend arrived in no time, but what about the other, more uncomfortable issues? The return package is still waiting to be sent...
Too bad, I would like to order more often because I love the stuff. I'm just worried when it's so complicated (or not at all) in the contact, if you have to exchange something....
